Need jumpdrive app programmer.

Hi
I am looking for a programmer who can create a small app that automatically puts a border around the screen of the computer when the jump drive is installed. And somehow be able to lock the file so it cannot be easily removed or located. I can pay via Paypal.

Thanks for any input or interest as I can explain further.

Should be possible... I'll look into this now.

Edit: Yep, the first part is definitely possible and the second part should be once I can work it out. You can contact me via my contact form if you wish.

Edit 2: If it's stored on the drive, there's no way to have it appear automatically without a prompt of some sort. Unless, you either have it located on the hard drive and have it detect it, or you have a U3 drive.
