Placing the executables in the root folder

Would it be possible to setup the executable of the Suite in the root of the drive?

Yes

You can actually take the entire PortableApps folder and move everything into the root (including the Apps and Data subdirectories) and it will still work.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
