Missing vcl resource

Hi

I use a portable hard disk (USB), I have problem running OpenOffice. I'm getting this error message:

Missing vcl resource, This indicates that files vital to localization are missing, You might have a corrupt installation.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

I download OOP many times and reinstall it but with same problem.
