Bug in v1.2.1

chofstet - February 16, 2008 - 4:19pm

Hey there

I am using Toucan for equalising two folders, one on my memory stick, the other on my laptop. Since v1.2.1 the following appears:

When I use Toucan from command line to synchronise the two folders using the option "equalise", after having changed a file on my memory stick, the file on my laptop gets not updated. However, the timestamp indicating the last change of the file on the memory stick has changed to the old timestamp according the file on the laptop. I have played with the option "retain attributes", even if I am not completely sure if this would change the equalising process. Anyway, files are not synchronised with this option on either, only timestamps are set back.

This problem seems to occur only when using Toucan from the command line.

Still, I like Toucan, keep going.
Cheers
Christoph

No

No, it was not. Just tested it again with v1.2. The same problem appears there when working from command line.

Thanks

I'll look into this as soon as I can.
