Quincy C/C++ IDE

This appears to be a nice app, Did somebody could make it PAM compatible?. Please I want it to learn C. Appears to be open source, but I dont find the license.

... and see if find something, another reason to ask for quincy specificly is because i found a book that uses it, but I will try other posibilities. Thanks again.

I'm also working on Code::Blocks Portable. It hasn't been posted yet because I was having some issues moving the settings around, but when it's done, i'll post a link here as well.

I'd recommend Code::Blocks over Dev C++ because Dev C++ is very outdated, and the portable version here is not up to the latest Portable standards.
