Name: UP ME (Ultimate Portable Menu Enhancer)
Description: UP ME enhances any menu. It's features are:
- An "I'm lost!" Prompt
- Launches the menu
- Launches up to 10 other EXE's
- Makes a Portable Drive, Documents, and a custom shortcut on desktop while the menu is running.
- Scan memory for viruses.
- Everything is customizable through the INI file.

Coming as an installer, I was afraid it would register an uninstaller, but I guess it doesn't.
Is this supposed to replace the "StartPortableApps.exe" that is sometimes found in the root of the directory? That could be helpful, especially the "I'm lost" message.
Did you have in mind that it would clean up the shortcuts it creates, before the USB drive is removed?

One problem. It created the shortcuts in the root of my drive and not on the desktop.
And you might want to use Johns installer or make a note where to install the whole package to.

That's an NSIS header source
That's an NSIS header source file. It's only there for reference purposes and it's not part of the app. .nsh files get compiled and used in NSIS itself for when you compile the .nsi files.
