Just call it SciTE. Sc1 doesn't mean anything to anyone.

And bundle in a default set of properties that make it look like SciTE by default.

As to the whole language properties thing... that's an issue. I'd say leave out AutoIT as it's not part of SciTE itself. Odd that NSIS is but isn't part of Sc1. That certainly makes Sc1 a lot less useful.

Maybe the best option is to go back to standard SciTE with all the properties files and treat all the properties files as part of SciTE *EXCEPT* for the SciTE.properties and maybe SciTEGlobal.properties. Thoughts?

Hmm, no need to use ExecWait on this one. The launcher doesn't do anything after SciTE is closed, except unload the plugins. So just use the launch and exit code for everything.
