Manual?Submitted by richardjf on April 24, 2008 - 10:51am
I am interested in using Toucan, but can't find the manual. I am trying to find some documentation that explains the differences between the sync modes: - Copy I know I could set up some test folders and files to experiment, but if this was documented somewhere that would be helpful! On
the far right hand tab there should be a button called help, you should find what you need in there :)

Well now I feel dumb!
I could swear I tried that, but the page that loaded had no help, but now it appears to be there.
Thanks!
Manual?
When I hit the Tool Tab then the Help Button, it simply takes the user back to the portableapps.com page relating to Toucan...no help at all.
(Just installed ver 1.2.2.0)
Am I missing something?
Thanks much.

I am planning to release a small tutorial on how to use the secure function to protect sensitive data like passwords, etc of multiple applications by using Toucan. I just want to make sure I'm not releasing something buggy ;).
I
would wait until 2.0 it out, very soon now ;)

Nice to know the version 2.0
Nice to know the version 2.0 is coming. Just one thing I'd like to add: Could it be possible to avoid asking twice for the password when using Rijndael-Decrypt on version 2 ? Seems redundant to me especially on decrypting, as Rijndael will warn if the password is incorrect.
FYI, here is a little list of files I secure on my USB drive to protect my privacy.
