What app are you having trouble with?

Are you having difficulty with a Mac Mini itself? If you are, contact Apple...

Do you mean the Mac-on-a-stick?

I try puting the mac-on-a-stick together and it seems not to work

I believe that he is right.
All the portable apps will only work on Windows machines.
Portable Firefox fow Mac/*nix would be a nice idea.
