Can't log on to a web page

One of my friend use firefox and she cant log in to her live journal page. but others can view that page and i said to clear cache, cookies and authenticated sessions and try but she said she cant view. (page something like http://herpagename.livejournal.com/friends/)

then i told her to try using internet explorer then she said after 2-3 refreshes page opened, again she said page cant view.
what can be the reason? why Firefox dont showing that page to her? (others can view, when i try on my firefox its working) she uses dialup, so can be it coz timeout problem of slow connection?
