Can't log in to jooce.com

Hey folks
I haven't been able to log into www.jooce.com
Think this is prob down to the college proxy,cos I cant get it to work on the locally installed IE7 client either, but the IE7 is not patched to latest flash, so thinking it may just be a flash setting or something.
