GimpPortable 2.6.1

Interesting how fast the Windows 2.6.1 version came out...actually at the same time as Gimp 2.6.1.........wow

Only problem so far is opening long menus such as Filters..it is hard to move down and make selections...jumps off menu....very bad....

Well, found the problem....the Background Window is causing the cursor jumping off the menu.....remover the Background Window and Mouse,Cursor and Menu selection was back to normal.....

Now with both Gimp 2.6.1 and GimpPortable 2.6.1 look alike, work alike and both open in 50 seconds (on my machine)...this compares with 25 seconds for PaintShopPro X2 which is not known for opening fast....

I have a lot of scripts and plugins duplicated in all 3.....
