many filters and other design tools
it is in a zip file, so if anyone wants to make it into an installer file that would be great

I made a launcher for PhotoFiltre, but only quick 'n dirty;
I don't know how it depends on license for this SW and I have no project for this on SourceForge;
If someone will write a professional installer and launchern it will be great;

I've used PhotoFiltre for a while.
It has a no-install zip version.
I'm pretty sure it doesn't write to the registry or local folders, but I haven't thoroughly checked that.
Probably not open source, but I think it's OK as is, so I don't see much advantage to creating an installer.

PhotoFiltre free, from the link I provided, is not shareware. It has its own versioning;
PhotoFiltre free is version 6.3.2 released in November 2008, but PhotoFiltre Studio is 9.2.2 released in October 2008.
Although the PhotoFiltre free site is down - I was there just this morning...

you can easily modify my launcher (nsis script) for PhotoFiltre Free Edition. You should update the root of the registry entries and the name of the executable to launch.
By the way this launcher is also working fine for any version of PhotoFiltre Studio v9.x (even if it is labelled as v9.2.0).
