Tic Tac Toe!!!

This is a program one of my best friends Eric made. He sent me the *.bat file over the internet. I asked him what he was going to license it and he said "Open Source" thankfully.

So I took it and gave it an icon, and transformed it into an *.exe file.

This Extracts the folder TicTacToe. So Type in this
"[x]:\PortableApps" if you want ti to show in the menu/platform

Oh, and don't worry! It's portable since it doesn't store settings (it doesn't need to anyway)

Source is included.

BTW: Merry Christmas!!!, and Eric gets credit, all I did was compile and make a dumb icon. His site is over here.

The launcher is GPL, I need to ask Eric what he'll license the actual batch file.
I'm going to try and work on making the launcher play in the Portable Command Prompt if it's installed.
