Thunderbird typing problem

My thunderbird version types its text at the bottom of the message and I am used to it replying at the top. Is there any way that I can fix this?

Tools / Account Settings / Composition & Addressing / Automatically quote the entire message when replying /

Then choose:

Before anyone does toggles that switch I recommend reading Internet RFC 1855 ("Netiquette Guidelines") as to how email replies should be formated.
