Setting Up Google Apps Accountslokomotiv_lib - January 17, 2009 - 4:07pm
My mail: luksd -.at.- misena -.dot.- edu.co These accounts "@misena" are provided by google through gmail, and accounts use googletalk too. The issue is that I don't know how to fill up the blanks in Protocol: Gmail or misena? Username:luksd Domain: ? Resource:? Google Apps
If the accounts are managed using Gmail from within Google Apps, then it shouldn't be hard at all to set up.
Protocol: Google Talk
Username: luksd
Domain: misena.edu.co
Resource: Portable
The resource really doesn't matter, it just serves as kinda an identifier when logging into your account from different locations, so in this case 'portable' would be a wise choice.

I don't understand, When I downloaded pidgin at first time (4 months ago) I could set up that account. Now i get this message.
Could not establish a connection with the server:
Error resolving misena.edu.co: 11001
