Easy fast image converter...

I'm looking for a fast and easy image converter.
I've googled it and found a few batch ones that are insanely fast, but most are trial versions or leave a watermark on the images themselves.

Does anyone know a good free program for this?
No trial crap.

Personally I'm a fan of XnView. It's a little more than just a photo converter, but it has that built in. It also has photo managing capabilities. I'd recommend taking a look at it.

I have hundreds of images(.gif) that I'm converting to .jpg so I can have them on my mp3 player.
