It cannot be officially made portable. It's freeware, not open source. A launcher could be written, or a similar program can be written and made portable. But that's it.
On a side note, I downloaded and installed this on most of the computers I use. It's fun seeing people freak out with the random messages...

I'm already using programs with launcher - like CCleaner. and that works out fine.
I'd be more than happy to have this on my flash drive and surprise a friend (tee hee) when I use their system.
