Program: PaGoDump for PostgreSQL
License: Freeware
Description: MicroOLAP PaGoDump for PostgreSQL: GUI tool for extracting a PostgreSQL database into SQL script file, archived SQL file (GZIP), TAR archive, or pg_restore custom archive (*.backup).
PaGoDump is a GUI Windows utility for backing up a PostgreSQL database built with Microolap PostgresDAC. It makes consistent backups even if the database is being used concurrently. PaGoDump does not block other users accessing the database (readers or writers), also it works with databases with any names (unicode) and dump them to any files (unicode again).

Note: As a Chief of Development of this tool I will provide any necessary help. Since I'm not familiar with PortableApps launchers, runners etc. I beg somebody to complete this task for me.
Did you know that freeware is not hosted in this site. Only opensorce software is. if you want an opensorce program for it then google something like "opensourse PaGoDump alternative" When if you find an opensorce equlivent for PGD then post it here. you know what this program does so you can more easily find an opensorce APP that suits your needs

As in he's the developer and he's looking for someone to put it into PAF format. I asked John about it a bit ago, and here's his response:
But there’s no sense crying over every mistake,
You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.
So can I hope that PaGoDump will be listed on PortableApps?
So in other words its not opensorce so cant be used here got it.

wrong. Some one can do it, they just need the OP's permission (which has been granted in the OP). see Stickies Portable for example.

So is there a way to get this permission? I'm sure this app is "must have" one. Especially for database administrators.
We have the OP's Permission so I don't see why not.
