HOW TO STOP THEM SPLASH SCRENS

dowload the app from here http://www.digitallis.co.uk/pc/SplashKiller/index.html
unzip the file to mydos or the desktop

copy the .exe and the .dll TO THE ROOT OF THE FLASH DRIVE ONLY!

then on the drive edit autorun.inf as shown


[Autorun]
Open=StartPortableApps.exe
Open=SplashKillerRunner.exe
Action=Start PortableApps menu with SplashKiller
Icon=StartPortableApps.exe

exit out of notepad, save the file, and RECONECT THE DRIVE. AND RUN A APP!

Personally I don't see any reasons to trust this without more information, for all I know it's a virus disguising itself as a harmless program (not saying that it is) but you catch my meaning.

Anyways if you want to suggest it please provide users with more description, and also use proper grammar if you want to be understood and taken seriously too Eye-wink

Correct, except for some apps like GIMP, Dia (and I think Stellarium) where the splash screen is done by the actual app instead of the launcher.
