What's the best registry clean and uninstall program you think?

I am looking for registry-clean and uninstall program to save my friend's computer, because his computer is seriously...have every kind of things inside, virus, malware of course, and some only-god-knows softwares. I will reinstall xp for my computer for sure, but he is a computer idiot so I have to keep his system.

Can you give me some suggestions? Thanks.

MyUninstaller and RegEditX

Although they might not be exactly what you're looking for, I use both RegEditX and MyUninstaller. Both of these are quite portable and I've had no troubles with them in the past.

Thank you for the comments,

Thank you for the comments, but
1. myuninstaller just runs the uninstall module provided by the software. I would like one that can remove everything, like entry, shortcuts, folders, and etc.

2. regeditx seems just a better regedit. I need one can clean useless entry. There's many this kind of programs, but I don't know which is better. I don't know the regedit thing. -_-

There is a program that can analyze software to know everything of the software, like entry, installing, dll, and so on. But I forgot the name. Any idea of you?

Not really

A piece of software that really does that is a pipe dream. There are many that claim to. But it's nothing you can't do just by searching the registry.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

I think you mean Total

I think you mean Total Uninstall. Due to the very nature of the program, I don't believe its portable, but I'm testing it right now anyway. Here's a link if you want:

EasyCleaner...

I use EasyCleaner for general cleaning purposes. It's extremely user-friendly. It might not be what you're looking for though.

You can get it from:

registry clean with ccleaner on usb pen / memory stick

It seams a bit tricky but not too difficult. Install ccleaner on your pc, copy its directory to your stick, uninstall ccleaner on your pc and save the following instructions as ccstart.bat in the ccleaner directory on your memory stick:

@ECHO OFF
Echo Registering Components
regsvr32 /s CCHelper.ocx
regsvr32 /s ccleaner.dll
regsvr32 /s CCListBar.ocx
regsvr32 /s CCListView.ocx
regsvr32 /s CCSubTimer.dll
regsvr32 /s CCSystem.dll
regsvr32 /s CCTab.ocx
regsvr32 /s CCTreeView.ocx
CALL ccleaner.exe
Echo Un-Registering Components
regsvr32 /s /u CCHelper.ocx
regsvr32 /s /u ccleaner.dll
regsvr32 /s /u CCListBar.ocx
regsvr32 /s /u CCListView.ocx
regsvr32 /s /u CCSubTimer.dll
regsvr32 /s /u CCSystem.dll
regsvr32 /s /u CCTab.ocx
regsvr32 /s /u CCTreeView.ocx

I saw this at Netzwelt.de but i didn't try myself.
