[QUICKFIX] Platform Rename Window Invisible On Multi-Monitor PC

On some PCs with multiple monitors, the rename window will not show properly, leaving you with the menu stuck until you hit enter to close it. I've posted a quick fix that addresses the issue. You can download it here:

You can place this in your X:\PortableApps\PortableApps.com folder replacing the one that is already there.

The only difference is that the rename window is set to Position:poScreenCenter instead of Position:poDesktopCenter.

This fix will be included in future releases.
