Disable saving the buddy icons in Pidgin portable

Is there anyway I can make Pidgin Portable not to save all the buddy icons to my flash drive ?
I found something similar here : Disable Gaim Buddy Icons - http://portableapps.com/node/3197, but there was no answer.
