Thanks Heaps Prapper :D
IO hope you continue to develop this launcher in preparation for when PA.com officially supports freeware. Here's a regshot of this app.

It's clean
I'm brazilian, my english isn't good. Thanks.
Thanks Prapper
Been using this on XP SP3 with and without admin rights and have no issues at all. Seems to be A-Ok though I would feel more comfortable if some of the more advanced testers could give this a look over.

Updated...
to handle FormatFactory 1.85.
Hey Prapper
Can you confirm if this stays clean with the new 2.0 release?

I've just downloaded this
I've just downloaded this (looks like I missed 1.90) and can confirm that it will NOT stay clean with the current launcher. There have been big changes with 2.0 (a ton of stuff in the registry) which will require admin rights. I'll get a new launcher up ASAP though.
To be honest, I don't use this that much since he added that huge eBay link, which always sets the alarm bells ringing
so I'm still on 1.80. The GUI gets more and more hideous with each release too
I've been quite happy lately with XMediaRecode for my (modest) video conversion needs. Have you tried that one?
Thanks for the heads up btw
EDIT: OK, there's an Adsense key in the registry (added in 1.90), in addition to the other 88 that have been added (!) Not wanting to deny anybody the right to get paid etc. but I'm not sure I want to pursue this much further. What do you reckon?
Hmm..
Definitely sounds like its time to boot FormatFactory. Now to find substitutes. XmediaRecode does seem pretty good. Successfully converted an MKV to AVI for me. However a stand alone audio converter will then be needed though I guess BonkEnc can perform this role.
An alternative is SUPER(Freeware). It has an awful website and the interface of the app itself last time I used it left something to be desiered but the actual functionality of the application was solid. Does audio and video. A note with this is that Nathan9222 did at one work on this here.

Doesn't XmediaRecode convert
Doesn't XmediaRecode convert audio too? I know it can extract audio from videos but I'll check again later. I've been using PowerEnc a lot for audio and it's been really good.
Yeah, I looked at SUPER ages ago. I thought it was really difficult to use
And to download! Wasn't there something a bit iffy about that one too?
