Like most development environments, a majority of the documentation is in English. I did find one site with a little bit of info in French. It seems to have a French download which may or may not have French documentation in it:

Is it possible to have a example of script .nsi for a portable apps ? I search on

I find a template of Karl Loncarek but it doesn't work
the source script
is included with every Application. So you might want to look there. An easy one to start is for example 7zip.
