there is actually a problem with what you are doing
1) you are linking to the download (which I will say is highly questionable since it's on megaupload, which speaks to me as possible warez)
2) you need a description for those games
3) License information, like what the games are licensed as (IE: GNU GPL V2)
if you could provide the information that would be great.

Morgenstern:
A simple game to play. You are a old but updated airbomber you must destroy the metors before the pound you to dust. Beware of the Killer Fish
Mario World Little Land:
This Little Version of Mario is called Mario World Little Land. It had only 4 maps but the studend has doing a great job. He was a first years studend and already now he has complete a great game. Not zo big but is is very fun to play
Super Ball v1:
This is a very adicting game. This game has no finish but it is very fun to play with the differnt ball and gravity. Have Fun
Cactuar's Space Invader v1:
You are the Cactuar and it is you task to defeat the aliens before the earth is invaded. This is just a remake from the games Space Invader but it is a Nice one.
Wyvern Attack 3e Vision:
You are a mighty Wyvern and evil creatures want to take over your Sky Kingdom. This game is a 2D Acrade Shooter with 3 level Difficulties
The Licence is: GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE
I have download theme from that site so and it is Virus and Ware Free.

Illegal because it violates Nintendo's copyrights.

Cactuar is a copyrighted character of SquareEnix. may have some issues with that.
Also if these are all GNU then why didnt you give the links to the source files instead of megauploading it.
I Have only the Megaupload Link because I can't find the Soucre Files. But it is possible to make portable games from Wyvern Attack,Super Ball and Morgenstern.

The website you downloaded them from will probably do, where you originally found them. They should have the licenses.
I know it's almost like splitting hairs, but the same could be said for ZSNES, unless anyone would really come forward and say they use software not published by Nintendo compiled for the Super NES. Granted ZSNES itself has nothing that violates Nintendo's license, but all it's good for is doing exactly that. Nothing against ZSNES but it is what it is and I don't see how we can have it both ways.
