Skinning and Transparency

Well I am trying to make a new skin for PA, but I,m having trouble with the transparency. This is what I have so far: http://i242.photobucket.com/albums/ff99/ilsabav92/Portable%20Apps/backgr... Unfortunately any parts of the image that are supposed to be transparent aren't. I have used both "magic pink" and alpha channels to try and fix the problem, but nothing works. Is it just an issue with the menu engine? Becouse a .png has an alpha channel.

Background Can't Do Alpha

The background has to be a non-alpha PNG and use magic pink for transparent areas. Details are here:

Theming is not yet official/supported. It's being discussed and finalized in that topic.
