Winimage

Yes, I know you all saw "winimage" and got ready to write "winimage is neither freeware, or open-source, you idiot."
I just said Winimage cause I couldn't think of a better title. What I mean is, there has to be some free, open-source ripoff of winimage floating around somewhere, right? That would be perfect for PortableApps!! I can't even count the number of times I've needed something like winimage on a friend's computer, but they (or their parents) don't want to download it!!

Also, just as an afterthought, What's with Command Prompt Portable? Unless it does something really cool that I'm not aware of, it's kinda wasting a lot of space.
It's 294 KB (524 on disk) vs my 31.6 KB (36.0 on disk)? WTF? They do the same thing. But I'm getting way off topic. Well, tell me what'cha think.
