I think that you could expect thunderbird portable 3.0 shortly after the regular 3.0 version is released to the public (its still in beta).
Is it intentional that the login form has been removed from the tracker? I used to regularly go to my tracker via the main tracker and its login form (i.e. https://portableapps.com/tracker?destination=user/31426/track). This was useful for quick checking at school.
