I think it might be a bot. No way a real person would spam that many topics manually.

It was manually registered (we have recaptcha preventing bot registrations) and then a bot did the posts. It's obviously a smaller inexperienced spammer that doesn't really know what they're doing since they don't get any boost from it (all forum posts are set rel=nofollow, so spammers get no incoming link credits in search engines, which is the reason they spam forums).
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
The posts I saw were just a series of links, so I figured it was just a search engine boost, but haha, that's funny (although still annoying).
