Description: HomeBank Portable is the popular HomeBank packaged with a PortableApps.com Launcher as a portable app, so you can take your accounts manager with you. It has all the same great features as HomeBank including multi-accounts, categories and subcategories, transaction import in CSV format, QIF file format import and export, OFX file format import and more. Plus, it leaves no personal information behind on the machine you run it on, so you can take your favourite personal accounting software with you wherever you go.

I've disabled the app writing to "USERPROFILE\.recently-used.xbel" to prevent potential conflicts with other apps that may use this file. You won't ever see anything in "File/Open Recent" but all paths are still fully portable.

Language switching is a bit weird. The app detects the OS language on startup and it is not configurable via the GUI (!!!). Automatic language switching with the platform is based on this workaround.
