Keeform

Hi

Just downloaded KeeformFF 2.01 but when I run the installer and point it to my KeePass Protable folder all I get is a message that this is not a valid KeePass installation directory and I can go no further.

Any ideas?

use the normal keypass

use the normal keypass portable version from the developer
http://keepass.info/download.html

Portable Apps version is still 1.x
2.x is now out of development and stable. Grab it from the link above.

Different

Keeform is different from KeePass. Keeform's installer only works with a local copy of KeePass. It doesn't require 2.0.

KeePass 2.0 is not a direct successor. 1.0 will continue being developed. KeePass 2.0 is .NET based and, thus, not portable.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Your existing .kdbx file

it is portable if the systems you use it from have .net installed.

Your existing .kdbx file (database) will work just fine.
