I haven't seen as nice as KWord since the days of WriteNow 4.0. Clean, intuitive interface. Can it be compiled for Windows? Or is this the time to make the switch to Linux complete?

I'm afraid that the KOffice suite, KWord included, depend on way too much linux-only code, as do most KDE apps.
As far as I know, KDE is being ported to windows, but is still very much a work in progress, and not yet at a properly usable stage.
