Internet explorer browser

Do you have Internet Explorer portable? If you don't, could you make it? I would really like it, because it's been my main browser for 5 years...

IE is already on Windows.

IE is already preinstalled on every computer running Windows.

Also, IE is too tied into the Windows OS to make it portable very easily.

And, next time you request, could you please search first. Many apps have been requested before.

Thank you, and have a nice day. Smile

Use the search box! Please!

This might be useful

I noticed that some sites don't support all browsers so this might be useful.

Like I tried doing some homework for college on some website and it only supported Internet Explorer and Netscape but Netscape has been gone for soooooooooo long, so Internet Explorer was the only option.

yes but you have it

since you are using windows apparently, you IE . So why to have second IE portable?
And then , it is kind of part of the operating system so why should someone bother to make such (illegal) action and copy the parts making IE to some other media just to have a copy of it where the original is anyway there?

True.

But, it only tricks sites that you're using those browsers, it won't actually make firefox compatible with those sites.

how about using...

firefox add-on "IE Tab"? if you run into a site that 'requires' IE or 'looks' funny on firefox, you can just switch views...

been using the add-on for years, never any issues or problems...

I agree.

IE Tab is a good replacement for the browser. Anyway, it's closed-source, so it can't be a portable app. A better idea would be opera portable, but it too, is closed source.
