There is a problem with Toucan when displaying international characters in backup log. For example, Russian characters cause new lines or special characters to appear in the "Status" column of "Progress" dialog. ( categories: )

for the report, I think I know why this is, not sure how to fix it though so it probably wont be fixed in the next version, hopefully soon after that though!
