I've just started using Keepass a lot lately. The Autotype feature has me drooling over my feet (master password in Iron Portable! Laughing out loud). Then I went further into the docs and saw 2-channel autotype obfuscation, which had me drooling over the floor...
Since just about every Windowz computer I use is XP, and all of them have Word '03 or '07 (assuming MS word uses .NET a lot), how would I go around to setting up a launcher that launches the appropriate version of KeePass based on the .NET version (Keepass settings are interoperable, right?)?

Word doesn't use .NET

Microsoft office doesn't use .NET. Hardly any Microsoft software uses .NET as a matter of fact. That's why most XP machines don't have it installed.

KeePass settings are not interoperable. KeePass 2.x uses a database with an X at the end. It can't be used by KeePass 1.x or by KeePass on other platforms like Android.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Darn

I guess I have to say bye to a couple of awesome plugins and 2-channel autotype obfuscation Sad...
Oh well, I'll live with it. :|
