Once verified that this fixes issues it may be worth emailing the author a copy of your launcher. He/She may then grant permission to redistribute SIW with the base app included.

Anyways, why not contact the SIW team for pacaging the app without download? It's obvious they're intersted in PortableApps.

Works here on Win7 64bit. Another similar program just FYI is http://www.halfdone.com/ukd/ not sure how portable though and it's a bit old.
