No, I packaged the dev test 2, but forgot to update the info into the appinfo.ini
So, PortableApps.com Installer packaged me this as the dev 1.

I really like this program. Runs well, though you can probably go ahead and remove all the app's uninstaller files since they won't be used here (I'll do more nit-picking later).

And for your question, I dont think. Try drag and drop your ggb file on the launcher, or use CAFE (actually eXpresso), to establish portable file associations with your ggb files, and GeogebraPortable Launcher.
If you've any troubles, make me know, and I'll se how to with Geogeobra's developers.
