XP Theme made completely using Paint

Hello. ive made a xp looking theme completely using paint! if im not aloud to do this please delete it or tell me to.

though not many people like vista (no offense to people who do) i will be trying to make a vista one. though im still going to update the xp one!!!!!! thanks for tidying my links up!
