where do I put plugins for GIMPPo? I would like to edit .dds files for games and such, and I cannot afford photoshop. thanks, ( categories: )

The DDS plugin is there, download it, (I'll talk about the Win32 .exe rather than the source code), then extract the files.
Locate "GIMP-2.0\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins", (GIMP-2.0 will probably be different, but follow the path for whatever name is relevant).
Once in that folder, move the extracted .exe file into that and you can edit .dds with it.
