As state in the subject, that program have a 'portable' mode in the sense that, if the machine is allowed to run programs from USB, it can start without installing drivers which I learned here, requieres administrative privileges.
Therefore, this aplication is portable. You could also have a viewer, that does not need administrative privileges to show the encrypted files.
Better is to have a encrypted container (a file) and outside that container, copy this program. That way, you can run from your USB the software and open the container as a virtual disk, from portable programs can be run. But, repeat, you need a machine with permision to run software from USB.

I'm not that good in Spanish, but for people over here not speaking Spanish at all:
He's not asking for an app called "Encriptador" but in general for an app to encrypt.
So the apps for him would be at the moment FreeOTFE and TrueCrypt.

Hola Cura, hay los aplicaciónes FreeOTFE y TrueCrypt que podeís utilisar para encriptar. No existen versiónes portables que son listas en esta página web, pero podeís utilisar las versiónes de http://www.truecrypt.org/ con estó http://www.truecrypt.org/localizations para tener una versión española.

Cura, ¿A qué te refieres con "Encriptador"? ¿Qué quieres encriptar? ¿Un disco, una carpeta o un archivo?
Aquí hay una aplicación llamada TrueCrypt y otra FreeOTFE que son para crear particiones encriptadas donde puedes guardar archivos o crear discos ¿Te refieres a eso? Ambas las consigues usando la opción "Search" que tienes arriba a la derecha.
Ambas son "lo máximo" en encriptación, así que si queires algo sencillo, estas no son, jejeje...
De paso, TrueCrypt necesita derechos de administración en el PC donde lo vas a usar así que no siempre te funcionará en todas las máquinas.
Ahora, si sólo quieres encriptar o proteger con clave un par de archivos, hay algunas opciones interesantes portátiles en la web.
