FFP with Adobe Shockwave Plugin

chrisr - July 2, 2010 - 10:31am

Hello Everyone,
has anyone managed to get things working with the FFP3.3.6 and an actual(e.g. 11.5.7.609) Adobe Shockwave installation?
Every guide, tutorial,... is obsolete - neither the dll(np32dsw.dll) alone does work, nor if I extract every single file in the full shockwave installation into the plugin folder.

Any ideas would be appreciated! (beside the obvious "normal installation" on the host system)

Thank you in advance.

Chris

I usually do this

i download the plugin from this site ([link to warez site removed by mod Tim]) and then copy it into my plugins folder. in case you can't find it here is the download link ([link to redistributed software removed by mod Tim])

isn't it more usefull to get

isn't it more usefull to get the plugin from the official site?

I'm not sure

it might be, but that is how i get flash on my ffp

Flash >< Shockwave

Flash and shockwave aren't the same (but the latter is usually mistaken for flash)
It looks like flash is easier to install in FFP than shockwave.
Who is up for the challenge? Smiling
