Task Coach is forgetting my language settings

Have tried numerous times, changing the language, restarting, but it always resets to English (US), and I am getting annoyed with US date format. Any ideas?

Platform?

If you're launching it from the PA.c Platform, it's gonna come up in the same language you set the platform to. If you set the Platform to something else, it'll change it. If you want it set to something different, you can disable auto-switching for all apps using these instructions:
https://portableapps.com/support/portable_apps_suite#advanced

In 2.0 final, you'll be able to disable it just for one app as well.

Ah, awesome, works fine

Ah, awesome, works fine now.

Somebody may want to remove or modify the Language Settings bit under Support on the Task Coach Portable page then, as it says that changing it in program and restarting will work.

Thanks.

BTW - UK?

BTW are you trying to set it to English (UK)? If so, we may be adding that in as a supported language shortly to the platform. The snag is getting it to fallback to English (US) or just English in apps that don't have UK (which is most apps).

English (Australia) actually,

English (Australia) actually, but UK would work just the same.

How are apps handled that don't have a particular language that is in the platform?

I honestly can't see many apps having Sundanese built in (in fact I almost posted thinking it was a misspelling of Sudanese, but am glad I Googled it first).

Fallback

The launcher has a fallback. If you had your menu in Sundanese and fired up Task Coach, the Task Coach launcher will see that Sundanese is requested and then check to see if Task Coach supports it. If it does, it'll switch it to Sundanese and then launch it. If it doesn't, it'll just launch it (in which case it'll use its internal default on first run, and keep any changes you manually make in the app on subsequent runs).

Well, look at that. A day

Well, look at that.

A day later and there is an updated Task Coach with a bug-fix for the problem I was having.
