Shouldn't this be just MaxthonPortable rather than MaxthonModernPortable since 1.0 is being retired? Also, is 3.0 a beta at this point or is it stable?

I intend to propose the classic version in portable (1.x) because it still has many fans, hence the name "MaxthonModernePortable" for version 2.x.
Version 3.0 is an incomplete version, but stable, new features are inserted progressively by Chinese developers.

This is the latest stable version, the developers brought online a beta version without going so far stable version.
As these are the latest developments we will not publish pls portable version, unless the developers change their mind.
I suggest you refer to version 3.0 laptop on this site.
