We can make a PSOne emulator portable.
PCSX-reloaded? It's open source and works pretty well, but I'm not too sure how it would go with changing graphics cards/settings all the time.

i installed it on a flash drive and have been using it on a variaty of systems. it may be a bit kinky at times but it works (as long as you have the bios)

I can't solve the problem that I minimize the playing using the ePSXe 1.60 - Click'n go! 4.0 on Window XP and Window 7 and after I maximize the playing when The screen is black but the song are playing and the game is playing ..Why the screen is black ?
Graphic card is 1GB.
Sorry, but we don't support illegal downloads here. The "Click'n Go!" version distributes the BIOS with the emulator which is illegal.
