Eclipse and Netbeans, XAMPP

I searched for Eclipse and Netbeans... well Netbeans is only PHP? To install eclipse newer, but all languages, what must do[java ee, php, c/c++...]?

I installed XAMPP but only Filezilla shows RUNNING others when press start Apache and start Mysql appears in textarea Apache Started [port 80], Mysql started [port 3306] but NOT SHOW RUNNING like filezilla[NOT show "Admin" active button], well how to test it?
