Help me please

I try to long on and it loads for a sec then says your account is currently suspended what do I do?

That would mean your AIM account's suspended for some reason, which is probably a problem with AIM, not PortableGaim. Try logging in from another AIM client, or wait a while till the name's unsuspended, or make a new screen name.
