Other: The old version ( http://picoe.ca/products/pablodraw/ ) is portable except for settings. The new version requires .NET 4.0, and is otherwise portable. I tried using Mono (Windows) on it, but the program was severely glitched, e.g. I couldn't create a file, the program froze sporadically, etc.. The old version is licensed as GPLv2, so I'm assuming that applies to the new version as well, but the developer is active and could probably be contacted with relative ease.
