some people have reported issues with the latest LibreOffice download. You can manually download it until there is a proper fix for this.

Ok, that's also how I solved it. I did look over existing posts that looked to be related and found the same answer, but as none were for latest version (most recent seemed to be 3.4.4) I took the liberty of reporting the issue anyway.
