Portable Impress with makros

I´d like to create a multimedia application where the user can make some choices. e.g. push a button to remember something (variables) and make the application use this note later to continue differently.

The finished product shell be used easily on other computers.

Powerpoint has all the tools but once packed and viewed by the viewer macros are automaticly disabled.

Is it possible to do the task with open office portable impress?

What is nessecary to run it? java, oobasic, ooportable, etc?

Is there another program out there that can perform the task?

(click in multimedia stuff and use some programming)

thx

Edit: Additional questions:
How do i insert videos into a portable impress document? There is a general error with any type of video i am inserting...
